Doshisha Co., Ltd. these terms and conditions are changed, Members shall only comply with the changed terms and conditions.
Article 2 Membership Registration
"Member" refers to an individual who has agreed to all of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, applied for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company, and has been approved by the Company.
Membership registration procedures shall be completed by the person who wishes to register as a member, following the methods specified by the Company on the member registration page of this Service. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances.
If the person who applied for membership registration falls under any of the following items, the Company may refuse registration or cancel registration once made without prior notice.
(1) If it is discovered that the applicant has been subject to disposition such as cancellation of membership registration due to violation of the terms and conditions of any service provided by the Company . (2) If the application for membership registration contains false information. (3) If there is a delay in payment of fees or other obligations related to products or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products, etc.") or other default. (4)
If the applicant commits any of the acts set out in Article 6 (Prohibited Acts) of these Terms and Conditions. (5) If the applicant otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 Changes to registered information
If any changes occur to the registered information in whole or in part, the member must immediately change the registered information in a manner separately specified by the Company.
If such notification is neglected, the processing based on the information already registered will be deemed appropriate and valid.
Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to make any changes to the registration.
Article 4 Management of User ID and Password
- Members shall be solely responsible for the use and management of the user ID and password that they set, approved, and registered when registering as a member.
- Members shall not transfer, inherit, change the name of, lend, disclose, or leak their user ID and password to a third party. 3. The Company shall not be liable for
any damages arising from problems in the use and management of a member's user ID and password or credit card number, or from unauthorized use by a third party.
Article 5: Withdrawal of Membership
If a Member wishes to withdraw from the Membership, he/she must delete his/her member information himself/herself. Withdrawal will be effective upon completion of the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.
Article 6 Prohibited Actions
When using the Service, Members shall not engage in any of the following acts.
- Any act that violates these Terms and Conditions or laws and regulations, any act that is linked to a crime, any act that is contrary to public order and good morals, or any act that may be likely to do so .
- Any act of entering false information or information of a third party when registering as a member or changing registered information .
- Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service or may otherwise impede the Service.
- Any act that infringes or may infringe on the property, privacy, intellectual property rights such as copyright, or other rights of other Members and third parties, or the Company.
- Any act that libels, slanders, or damages the reputation of other Members and
third parties, or the Company. 6. Any act that causes inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Members and third parties, or the Company, or any act that may be likely to do so. - Any act of unauthorized use of user IDs and passwords.
- Any purchase for profit purposes, such as resale by a competitor.
Article 7 Copyright, Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property Rights1
. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of any content (text, illustrations, designs, photographs, images, logos, icons, videos, programs, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through this service belong to our company, and members and users shall not engage in any acts that infringe on these rights.2.
Regardless of the purpose, any act of using (copying, modifying, repurposing, transferring, distributing, posting, selling, publishing, etc.) all or part of the content or other posted content of this service without permission is strictly prohibited.3.
If a problem arises with a third party due to a violation of the provisions of this article, the member shall resolve such problem at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss or disadvantage to our company.
Article 8 Purchase of Products
- Members may purchase Products, etc. from our company using this service.
- When purchasing Products, etc., Members shall apply for purchase in accordance with the method designated by our company.
- When our company completes the acceptance process of the application in the preceding paragraph and sends an email to the Member informing him/her that the Product has been shipped, a sales contract for the Product, etc. between the Member and our company shall be established.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, even after the sales contract for the Product, etc. has been established, if it is found that the Member has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in relation to the use of this service, or if there are circumstances that strongly suggest such conduct, our company may, at our discretion, cancel, terminate, or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract. The same shall apply if it is found that there is an obvious error in the price or other sales terms of the Product, etc. presented by our company in this service.
- The Member shall make the purchase application himself/herself. Even if a third party purchases a product, etc. on behalf of the member, or lends the member's name, the member shall bear all rights and obligations arising from the purchase of the product, etc.
- The delivery destination of products under this service is limited to within Japan.
Article 9 Payment Method
- The member shall be responsible for all shipping fees for the delivery of the product, etc., and for any cash-on-delivery fees if the member specifies cash-on-delivery on the order. The payment amount for the product, etc. shall be the total of the product price including consumption tax, shipping fees and handling fees related thereto, and the consumption tax related to these fees.
- Payment for products purchased through this service shall be made by credit card in the member's name, or by cash-on-delivery when the product, etc. is delivered.
- In the case of payment by credit card, payment shall be made in accordance with the terms of a separate contract between the member and the credit card company. In addition, if a dispute arises between the member and a third party such as the credit card company, it shall be resolved between the two parties, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility.
Article 10 Return and Exchange of Products1
. Product returns and exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the regulations separately stipulated by our company.
- Members must return the product in accordance with the procedures separately stipulated by our company.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will only be borne by our company in cases where the reason is attributable to our company, such as defective products or incorrect delivery. Returns and exchanges due to reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph (such as the size not fitting, the product being different from what you expected, etc.) will not be accepted.
- For members who wish to exchange a product, we will ship the product as soon as it arrives at our company and is ready.
- If an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock items, etc., we will refund the purchase price. Refunds will be made in accordance with the regulations separately stipulated.
Article 11 Disclaimer of Liability for Products, etc.1

The Company shall not be liable for any warranty or responsibility other than that set forth in paragraph 1 of this article regarding the quality, performance, compatibility with other products, and other defects of products, etc. purchased through this service, or damage, loss, or disadvantage caused by these.4.
The Company shall not be liable for any troubles due to unknown delivery addresses, etc. that arise after the Company has handed over the products to a delivery company contracted by the Company and requested the delivery of the products to the delivery address registered by the member.

As a general rule, we will not disclose or provide member information disclosed by members during the member registration procedure or subsequent registration of changes to member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, in the following cases, we may disclose or provide such member information without the member's prior consent.

comments and other information posted by members with the consent of our use, if the information is found to clearly damage the reputation or credibility of other members, third parties, or our company, or to violate laws and regulations, our company may delete such information or change the posting location without notifying the member if we deem it necessary. In addition to the above
three paragraphs, our company will handle the member information obtained in accordance with the "Handling of Personal Information" separately stipulated.
Article 13 Use of the Service
When using the Service, you are required to agree in advance to these Terms and Conditions and the "Personal Information Handling" separately stipulated by the Company.
Article 14 Changes and Termination of Service1

. When operation of the System becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, natural disaster, or other force majeure.3

by the Member as a result of interruption, delay, or cessation of the system due to a failure in communication lines or computers, etc., despite the Company's reasonable safety measures, or damages incurred by the Member as a result of tampering with
the web page.3. We do not guarantee that emails and content sent from the Company's web pages, servers, domains, etc. do not contain harmful items such as computer viruses.4.
The Company may provide information and advice to Members as appropriate, but shall not be liable for such.5
. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members as a result of their violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 16
If any problem arises in relation to the use of the Service that cannot be resolved by these Terms and Conditions or the guidance and response of the Company, the Company and the User shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the problem.
Article 17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event of any litigation arising from these Terms and Conditions,
the Osaka District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
