RETURNS AND REFUNDS - LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL’S NOTICE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 21 days from the date you received your order.
Upon receiving your order, you will still need to wait 24 hours to allow the delivery confirmation to be updated within your personal account.
Once the update has taken place, the option to proceed with a return request will be enabled.
If you are registered on the site, you will find a link in your account area to access the form and start the return procedure; otherwise, you can access it from the link below.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can start the return procedure by filling out the withdrawal form at the following link
Enter the following information in the form: Name (optional field), the email you used to place the order, and the ORDER NUMBER (e.g. #EUS1234, you can find it in the confirmation email).
Select the reason why you decided to make the return. If you didn't like the item you purchased or changed your mind, the cost of the return shipment will be at your expense and you can arrange the shipment yourself by choosing your preferred courier. Submit the form.
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your return request has been taken in charge.
You will receive a second email containing the withdrawal form to place inside the box, a sheet with the warehouse address to print and attach to the outside of the package, and the instructions to proceed with returning the product.
Use recycled packaging or the same packaging in which you received your Police item.
Make sure the shipping label is the only one on the packaging: remove any other labels from previous shipments.
Please remember that items returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging/box with the packaging in perfect condition. Only in this case will you receive a refund.
All returned items, once they arrive back at our warehouses, are always inspected for approval: for this reason, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Following the inspection, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc...).
SELLER'S LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In case of defects and / or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
The Seller, in accordance with European Directive 44/99/CE and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, provides Consumers with a legal warranty that the purchased products are free from material or manufacturing defects, and conform to the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the date on which the Products are delivered to the Consumer.
To request a refund, follow the instructions provided in the "RMA Request" paragraph above, indicating “Damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect product as the reason, and attach one or more images of the product that clearly show the defect.
On completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the RMA Form and relative instructions on how to proceed.
The authorization to return the product will not in any way constitute non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to refund faulty products after conducting all quality controls to assess actual non-conformities.
If the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will effect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal etc) or by bank transfer.
